Right of Withdrawal
The Right of Withdrawal Act gives you as a private consumer the right, at no extra cost, to inspect the product before returning it within the withdrawal period (30 days from delivery). This law applies when a business (the Company) sells goods or services to a consumer (you) via distance selling, such as online purchases.
Our obligation is to inform you of your rights, which are specified in this Return Policy. This policy applies to private customers both within and outside the EU.
1. Who can use the Right of Withdrawal?
Only private individuals have the Right of Withdrawal for purchases made through bagid.com. For companies, other policies apply. Please contact your Company representative for further information.
2. Inspection and Product Condition
You are entitled to a full refund of the purchase price and any shipping costs if the product has only been inspected as you would in a regular store.
To ensure your return is valid, the item(s) must remain unused and in their original packaging. If we receive products showing obvious signs of use, the Company reserves the right to assess the condition and deduct a value reduction accordingly. If this applies to you, we will document any findings and unjustified usage that causes a reduction in the refund.
Examples of usage or damages that may reduce the product’s value
- Setting up the device (e.g., device still connected to your user account, tracking enabled, or any form of personalization)
- Missing or damaged original packaging (please document any prior damage before returning)
- Damages to the casing or casing removed from the packaging (for casings sold separately)
- Missing instructions, manuals, or discount codes
3. When can you not use the Right of Withdrawal?
The withdrawal period is 30 calendar days from the day you receive the last delivery. If the deadline falls on a Saturday or public holiday, it is extended to the next working day. Returns made after 30 days will not be processed. If you have started using the product beyond inspection, the Right of Withdrawal lapses.
Please note that the Company are not able to process refunds or returns for items purchased through third-party resellers or inflight sales. We kindly ask you that you contact the retailer responsible for the purchase to resolve your request. This information can be found on your receipt. For technical issues with the product, we are happy to assist you under our Warranty Policy..
4. How to use the Right of Withdrawal
You are responsible for proving that notice of withdrawal has been given within the deadline (30 days). We recommend sending your withdrawal notice by email so we have written documentation.

4.1. Shipping Costs and Responsibilities
Return shipping costs and risk of loss or damage during return shipment are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a traceable shipping method. For large items that cannot be sent by regular parcel post, please contact your local carrier for options. Tracking information should be forwarded to the Company.
Ensure that you pack all products safely to avoid damage to the packaging or the products themselves. The shipping label should be fully visible to ensure smooth handling.
5. Refund
We will issue a refund using the same payment method as the original purchase. If you paid with Klarna, the order amount will be adjusted, or the invoice cancelled. We recommend downloading the Klarna app to follow the process.
It may take a few business days for the funds to appear in your account. It may take a few business days for the refund to be processed. Refunds will be made within 14 working days after we receive the returned goods.
It is free to use the Right of Withdrawal. The Company will – unless otherwise agreed – refund you the full purchase amount, including any shipping costs you have paid, provided that the products are returned unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. All costs related to the return shipment (shipping and/or packaging fees) are the customer’s responsibility.
6. Is there an issue with the product(s)?
Product issues are not covered by the Right of Withdrawal. If you notice damages upon unpacking, or experience problems after starting to use the product, please contact our support team at support@bagid.no Such cases are covered by our Warranty.
