Thank you for choosing BagID. We are committed to providing high-quality products and stand behind the craftsmanship and performance of every BagID product and accessory.

Warranty coverage
BagID offers a limited warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 2 years for BagID accessories and 5 years for BagID electronic bag tags from the date of original retail purchase, regardless of country of purchase.

What is covered:

  • Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship of BagID devices and accessories.
  • Functional failure under normal and intended use.

What is not covered:

  • Normal wear and tear, misuse, abuse, or accidental damage.
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs.
  • Damage resulting from improper installation or use outside of BagID’s intended purpose.
  • Loss or theft of BagID products or accessories.
  • Consumables such as batteries, unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship.

Remedies:
If a defect covered by this warranty is found, BagID will, at its sole discretion, repair the product, replace it with an equivalent product, or provide a refund. Replacement products may be new or refurbished to the standard of a new product.

How to make a claim:
To make a warranty claim, please contact BagID Support at support@bagid.no with proof of purchase and a description of the issue.

Limitation of liability:
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BagID is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of this product.
