The BagID devices are used with a mobile application. Some of the features in the app are subject to subscription. See an overview of our subscriptions and which services they include.
Paying subscriptions include an ongoing subscription cost in addition to the price you have paid for the device.
If a customer have purchased a specific subscription with lifetime access, there will never be a cost for the services included in the given subscription plan.
BagID reserves the right to change subscription costs or other costs on existing and new services 30 days after the customer has been notified. These changes will go into effect upon renewal of the subscription. If the customer continues to use a possible subscription after the end of the notice period of the changed subscription, a new payment structure will apply.
When a customer registers for a paid subscription, you accept that BagID or our third-party payment provider is authorized to charge the customer in a period (based on their own preferences for the subscription), for the customer's subscription in addition to any fees and other costs. This lasts as long as the customer's subscription continues.
The subscription is set to be automatically renewed unless otherwise stated (example: pay-per-use), or it is cancelled before the next renewal date. If the subscription is cancelled, the customer will still have access to the remaining period they have subscribed for.
The customer's subscription continues until the customer cancels it or BagID suspends or stops access in accordance with this agreement.
