Allow EBTs

Download the Alaska Airline app and find your booking. Go to the app settings and make sure that electronic bag tags are enabled.

Check in bag(s)

If the use of EBTs is allowed for your flight, follow the steps in the Alaska app.

Generate and transfer

The app will generate a bag tag if your flight is eligible for using EBTs. Press the left button on your BagID to enable Bluetooth and transfer the bag tag.

Baggage receipt

Once the bag tag is transferred to your BagID, the baggage receipt will be sent to your email address.

Start tracking

Remember to activate tracking and add your BagID to Apple Find My or Samsung SmartThings Find to get the best travel experience
