Founded in 2022, Lufthansa City Airlines is the newest member to the Lufthansa Group, the airline is fast growing, ready to connect you to the major Lufthansa hubs in Munich and Frankfurt.

The airline became a BagID airline partner September 2024, and we love to possibility to partner up with young and forward minded airlines to change the way we travel.

Open the BagID app and add a new flight by entering your reference number and last name

Check in bag(s)

Check in your bag(s) digitally via the app. The BagID app will retrieve information directly from Lufthansa

Generate and transfer

Follow the directions in the app to generate and transfer bag tags to your BagID - just like a check-in machine!

Baggage receipt

Once the bag tag is transferred to your BagID, you will find the baggage receipt in the BagID app

Start tracking

Remember to activate tracking and add your BagID to Apple Find My or Samsung SmartThings Find to get the best travel experience
