1. Introduction
The service is provided by BagID. The subscription terms apply to BagID's digital services, including various subscription packages. These terms apply to individual customers. Please see our separate business terms here (coming soon).
By using our subscriptions, we assume that you:
(i) Have read, understood, and accepted the terms of use as well as our privacy statement.
(ii) Are over 18 years old.
You must be over 18 years old to purchase a subscription through our third-party provider. Our subscriptions are managed by Chargebee Inc. By using our services, you also agree to Chargebee's handling of personal data.
2. Subscription Policy
Our BagID devices are designed to work with a mobile application, which includes various features that may require a subscription. Please refer to our subscription overview for details on the available plans and the services they provide.
3. Subscription Costs
Subscriptions involve a recurring fee, which is in addition to the initial cost of the device.
For customers who purchase a specific subscription that grants lifetime access, there will be no further charges for the services included in that subscription plan.
4. Changes to Subscription Fees
BagID reserves the right to modify subscription fees or any associated costs for both existing and new services. Customers will be notified of such changes 30 days in advance. These changes will take effect upon the renewal of the subscription. If you continue to use the subscription after the notice period, the new pricing structure will apply.
5. Authorization for Charges
By registering for a paid subscription, you authorize BagID or our third-party payment processor to charge you for the subscription fees, as well as any additional costs, based on your chosen subscription preferences. This authorization remains in effect for the duration of your subscription.
6. Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions will automatically renew unless stated otherwise (e.g., pay-per-use options) or if cancelled prior to the next renewal date. If you choose to cancel your subscription, you will retain access to the services for the remainder of the subscription period unless otherwise agreed.

7. Refund
We do not offer refunds for subscription fees that have been charged if you do not cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle. To avoid being charged for the upcoming period, please ensure that you cancel your subscription in advance. Once the payment is processed, it is non-refundable.
