Attachment plate

If you plan on using BagID on multiple items of luggage, you will need multiple mounting plates. Add additional mounting plates if you, for instance, wish to share the unit within your family.

BagID attaches to your luggage with the mounting plate. The mounting plate can be used on both hard suitcases and soft bags. 

Stick the four pins through the mounting plate and baggage, and secure them with the small magnets on the inside of the luggage. (The same technology is used for clothing theft alarms in clothing stores). The mounting plate is securely fastened, and can only be removed with a magnet remover tool.



The mounting plate is difficult to remove from baggage once fastened, so take care in deciding which piece of luggage you attach it to.
