To participate, individuals must meet the following criteria for their trip:

• The trip is from Barcelona, Alicante, Malaga or Gran Canaria
• The trip is in February, March or 2024
• The trip is with Norwegian or Widerøe
• The participant must travel with checked luggage

Additional criteria:

• The participant must have an Apple or Samsung mobile
• The participant must have an address in Norway where they can receive the products from BagID

• BagID gives the participant a BagID 2 with an attachment case and TSA padlock for free – as well as 1-year free subscription – worth kr. 2.047.
• The participants gets to keep their BagID 2 after the project is completed. (If the participant do not wish to continue with their subscription it can be cancelled before the next renewal).
• During the project period, participants in the project will get prioritized at check-in at selected airports in Spain.
• BagID refunds the deposit when the participant has completed their part in the project. Refunds of the deposit are made with the same means of payment as when ordering.

• When ordering the BagID 2 with accessories the participant must pay a NOK 1000 deposit that will be refunded by BagID when they have completed their project participation.
• The participants must use BagID’s electronic bag tag instead of the paper baggage tag on their trip from Spain to Norway.
• The participant must activate the tracking function on the BagID and use this on the trip.
• When the trip is over the participant must answer a survey with question about their travels with an electronic bag tag.

If the participant don't complete the project as described above, the deposit will not be refunded. Please read our Refund Policy.

You must complete the survey April 15th.
